Stephanie Snyder: A day in the life of a world-class yogi

Stephanie Snyder: A day in the life of a world class yogi

Today I woke up at 6am.

The first thing I did was thank God.

My morning ritual includes snuggles with kids, coffee, make lunches, get kids to school, yoga.

I started working at 9am.

My biggest challenge was prioritizing emails.

I celebrated the sunny day.

What I love most about my work is it nourishes me.

My favorite part of the day was when I woke up to my 4-year-old smiling at me.

Least favorite… traffic.

I am so glad that I get to do what I love.

I wish I had an assistant.

Something that surprised me was a meeting I forgot about- oops.

Did you have a plan for your day? Did it go as planned? The calendar is always bursting with the days’ plans and I am also always surprised by how it unfolds.

I want to recognize my husband for helping me stay sane.

How do you commute? I drive.

For lunch I grab whatever is easy.

A personal activity I do just for myself is meditation.

I most enjoyed spending time with myself.

For dinner I had sautéed kale and roasted cauliflower.

My favorite technology that I used today is my iPhone Plus.

I am inspired by my children.

Did you meditate? Did you exercise? Yes and yoga.

One strategy I use to make my time more effective is…  remember there is always enough time.

I am passionate about helping people love themselves and each other more.

Something I wanted to get done but didn’t get to do was laundry.

A dream I am currently focused on fulfilling is getting more sleep.

I can’t live without yoga and coffee.

Today I felt… happy.

I went to sleep at 10pm.

Tomorrow I am looking forward to greatness.
