Instead of tuning out, tune in for self care. Put yourself first in this day long retreat. Connect through mindfulness, breath, yoga flow, chanting, & music. Lunch, beverages, snacks included.

Bring: Mat, blocks, blanket, strap, pillow, and anything else you would like to feel comfortable during the day.

Wear: Comfortable clothes and wear or bring comfortable shoes if you would like to walk around the property.
