Let's Come Together for World Mental Health Day
In recognition of World Mental Health Day, please join me this Friday, October 8 at 12 pm pacific for a 30-minute Brain Break to help raise awareness for mental health.
This will be a short meditation followed by time for conversation, questions, and connection where I will hold space for you to show up, listen, and be vulnerable.
I will host these free 30-minute breaks at 12 pm pacific for the next four Fridays through October 29. I hope to see you there.
